Trunk base node
The trunk contains fold-out solar cells, a lithium battery, infrared sensor, GPS tracker and Bluetooth receptor. It collects data from leaf nodes and relays it to the app.

Built for fast response
FANTOM is designed to detect fires in remote, rural and urban areas using infrared technology. When a fire is detected, the system sends live information including location, temperature, speed and spread to the mobile app.
The app combines sensor data with terrain and wind conditions to visualise the fire area and project likely movement, giving teams a clearer view before they arrive on site.
How it works
The trunk contains fold-out solar cells, a lithium battery, infrared sensor, GPS tracker and Bluetooth receptor. It collects data from leaf nodes and relays it to the app.
Leaf nodes are smaller solar-powered units that can be placed across a wider area. Each leaf can sync to the trunk or to another nearby leaf.
Nodes can sync within roughly 1.5 km, creating a scalable detection net. More leaf nodes increase coverage and improve the quality of fire movement data.

The app shows current detection points, stored GPS history, the detected fire area and projected spread based on environmental conditions.
